A Transfer Card is a pre-charged card for short-term parking at P1 Express, P2 Express, and PB Economy express parking areas at favourable prices.
Transfer cards are designed for entrepreneurs in the tourism industry and companies with core business or purpose closely linked to the frequent use of air transport from/to Václav Havel Airport Prague (e.g., commercial air transport operators, air service providers according to the Civil Aviation Act, tour operators, travel agencies, accommodation facility operators, Embassies, etc.). Taxi operators are not eligible for this card as a special product of Taxi Card has been designed for them.
Transfer Cards are linked to vehicle registration numbers (it is not possible to enter the parking area and pay a reduced price using a Transfer Card when driving an unregistered vehicle). Two vehicles may be registered per one Transfer Card (i.e., a maximum of two registration numbers), none on which may be registered as a taxi service vehicle.
Issuance and use of Transfer Cards is subject to the Term and Conditions and the Operating Rules and Regulations of Parking Areas for motor vehicles at Václav Havel Airport Prague. Concurrently, holders of Transfer Cards are obliged to comply with the conditions specified in the the Operating Rules and Regulations of the Public Halls of Prague/Ruzyně Airport.

The card price is CZK 235.
The minimum pre-charged amount is CZK 1,500.
The pre-charged credit validity is set at 1 month.

If you are returning to the parking area more than 20 minutes after your last exit, you qualify for the reduced entry fee. If you are returning after less than 20 minutes, you are subject to the repeated entry fee.

Transfer Card Issuance Step-by-Step:
- Download the Transfer Card application form using the below and fill in the correct information. Please do not print out the application forms, nor fill them out by hand. It is not possible to process manually filled out applications.

Log in to your data box at https://info.mojedatovaschranka.cz/info/cs/.
- Click the [NAPSAT ZPRÁVU] [WRITE A MESSAGE] box and fill in the following identifier in the addressee field: ayqexy5 (which is the address of the Letiště Praha, a.s. data box). Confirm your choice.
- Write the words “Transfer Card” in the subject and click the [POKRAČOVAT] [CONTINUE] button.
- Upload your completed application form (obtained under step 1) in the attachment field and click the [ODESLAT] [SUBMIT] button. By doing this, you have successfully applied for a Transfer Card.
- After receiving the application, we will check the data provided by you. If all the information submitted is evaluated as correct, we will send you instructions on how to pick up the card by e-mail. If we evaluate some data as incorrect or untrue, you will be notified of this by e-mail. Then, you will have the opportunity to correct the data.
- All Transfer Cards will be activated on 1 May 2024.
